Refund Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Cyphera Health within 7 working days of payment. The request will be reviewed and verified by the Cyphera Health team. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer. Bank charges and payment gateway service fees (e.g. FIUU's Refund Service Charge) may apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refunds will be provided once the screening has been completed or if laboratory processing has commenced. Any approved administrative deductions (if applicable) will be communicated prior to refund processing.
FIUU's terms confirm a "Refund Service Charge" is chargeable where applicable, and that refunds go back to the same bank account/payment method originally debited — so it's reasonable to flag this as a possible deduction.
